Vintage Discipleship Pathway

Your Journey: From Knowing to Multiplying
Discipleship doesn’t happen by accident—it’s intentional. The Vintage Pathway gives you four steps: Knowing, Growing, Witnessing, and Multiplying. You never stop practicing all of them, but at any moment you’re in one main stage of your discipleship, taking your next step toward maturity and mission.

Knowing

You’re exploring who God is and what it really means to follow Jesus. Maybe you’re new to faith, coming back to church, or just asking questions. This stage is about discovering the gospel—who Jesus is, what He’s done, and why it matters for your life.

Growing

You’ve trusted in Christ and are learning to rely on the Holy Spirit as you go deeper in your faith. You’re building a strong foundation, developing healthy rhythms, and beginning to see how following Jesus shapes your everyday life. This stage is about being rooted in God’s Word and formed in community.

Witnessing

Your faith is becoming visible as you learn to share the hope of Jesus with others by the power of the Spirit. Whether through your words, work, or relationships, this stage is about living on mission—seeing your neighborhood and city as places God has sent you to show His love.

Multiplying

You’re ready to invest in others the way others have invested in you. This stage is about making disciples who make disciples, whether that’s mentoring someone one-on-one, leading in your community or a ministry, or stepping into new opportunities to plant and send.
